Be part of the solution and make a difference
At PAPAA, we have seen a 15% increase in monthly active users accessing our online information and support resources.
This growth reflects the continuing need for clear, practical and evidence-based information about psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. People use our website to find guidance on symptoms, treatment options, managing day-to-day life with their condition, and making informed choices about their health.
We are encouraged that our information is reaching people both in the UK and internationally. Visitors are accessing a wide range of resources, including specialist information on areas such as scalp and nail psoriasis.
Improving our digital services
We are currently undertaking a digital transformation project to strengthen how people find, use and benefit from PAPAA’s information and support.
The project will help us improve the accessibility, organisation and discoverability of our online resources. It will also support the development of more responsive digital services, making it easier for people affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis to find relevant, reliable information at the time they need it.
At PAPAA, we are committed to providing information that is accessible, balanced and based on reliable evidence. We want people affected by psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis to feel better informed, more confident when asking questions, and better prepared for conversations with their healthcare professionals.
